Our Commitment: At Rivacco, we strive to provide you with the finest quality products. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our cancellation and return policy.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract and cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Return & Cancellation Eligibility: To exercise your right of withdrawal, the items must be returned in a condition that shows no signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. While original packaging is highly preferred to ensure safe transit, your right to cancel is not voided solely by opening the packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
Initiating a Cancellation / Return: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by an unequivocal statement. You can reach us at info@rivacco.com or directly submit a request through your Customer Account Portal. Please provide your order number and the exact items you wish to return. Specifying a reason for the return is entirely optional.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process: Upon receiving your returned item, or receiving proof that you have sent it back, we will process your refund without undue delay. If you cancel your entire order, we will also reimburse the standard delivery costs received from you (excluding any supplementary costs if you chose a non-standard delivery method).
We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. The time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary based on your payment provider.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or style, please contact our customer service. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
